BISCUIT BAKING BELT

The EBZ-Belt is a very commonly used conveyor belt for the bakery industry. The belt is specially designed for the baking process of the biscuits on the belt in a direct feed through the ovens. The name is based on the Z-shape of the flattened spirals.

The EBZ-Belt is a rolled metal spiral strip with a light weight and reduced thickness. The design gives the belt low heat absorption, high strength and good air circulation. This woven band gives an ideal position of the wires and a nice open mesh. The edges are looped.
