BISCUIT BAKING BELT - MAINTENANCE

De EBZ Belt Uses minimal maintenance. Cleaning the belt is most effective when the temperature of the oven is increased to approx. 350 ºC. and then brush the "product" out of the belt with a rotating brush. In case the belt is made of carbon steel, do not use water or steam. This will make the tire rusty and will negatively affect its life. Be careful not to run the belt directly through a flame during production or cleaning. At the location of the flame, the tire  has too high a temperature and will adversely affect the quality of the belt.
