WIRE LINK BELT - SIZING

The list below provides a wide selection of the many variants that are possible.

 

The left column contains the standard pitch sizes from which a wire eyelet belt is constructed. Next to the pitch is the wire link thicknesses that are possible with the corresponding cross-bar diameter.

The opening between the wire links can be chosen more or less freely.

​

The possible standard reinforcement plates are listed in the right column. Depending on the pitch and crossbar diameter, several plates in different thicknesses or sizes are usually possible.

The shaded dimensions are preferred.  For different sizes, designs and materials, please contact our specialists so that we can create a suitable design for you.

Applicable belt materials: Steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel AISI 304, stainless steel AISI 316, heat-resistant steel, other.

​

Applicable rolling materials: AS belt material, plastic, brass or other.
