These conveyor belts can be used for heating, cooling, raising, druying, freezing, boiling, blanching, baking, deep-frying, steepingpacking, washing, pasteurising, sterilizing, buffering, accumulating, dividing, sieving, dehydrating, processing or
sprinkling products.
Naturally these conveyor belts can also be used merely for transporting something from A to B, in a straight line,ascending or descending, twisting or curving.
Depending on the production process the metal belts will be made of first-class steel, stainless steel or heat-resistant steel.
Excellent materials and a modern, partly robotized production guarantee a high-quality product.
Esfo's conveyor belts are tailor-made and fine-tuned to fill your specific needs. They can easily be provided with product carriers, product supporters and side plates or other devices. This applies to the belts which are described on this website as well as to belts which are to be newly developed.
According to their type and construction, the conveyor belts will vary in width form 10 millimetres to 7 metres. Depending on their type and construction the belts can be made fine-meshed or coarse-meshed.
Naturally our belts are fitted with the required special driving sprockets,reversing sprockets or diversion wheels, as well as with rollers and supporting profiles.
